At what time can I access my room?

Depending on our availability we may be able to offer your room before 2pm. Please note that this may incur an additional fee.
When do I need to check out?
The latest check-out time is 12pm.
Is it possible to extend my stay after 12pm?
Yes, you are more than welcome to request a late check-out with our front of house team. Please ask for availability. Depending on your extension additional fees may vary.
Do you offer luggage storage facilities?
Yes, you are more than welcome to store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room before and after your stay. Please just enquire with our front of house team.
Do you offer airport transfer to the hotel? If so, how can I enquire?
We are more than happy to arrange an airport transfer for you. For a transfer booking we need to know: Name / Date of Arrival / Time of Arrival / Flight number / Departure Location / Number of guests / Telephone Contact
The flat tariff is € 45.- (max capacity: 3 guests with large luggage or 4 guests with small luggage)

What are alternative means of transport?
Vienna Airport Lines (VAL)
Line VAL1 arrives conveniently at "Rathaus" which is only a two minute walk from the hotel. Single fares are € 8.-
City Airport Train (CAT)
Take the express train (CAT) to Wien-Mitte / Landstraße (city centre) in only 16 minutes non-stop. Single fares are € 12.-. Once arrived take the U3 (to Ottakring) and stop at Volkstheater. Make sure to get a ticket before entering the metro. Single fares start at € 2.20 and can be found on numerous ticket machines throughout Wien-Mitte station. www.cityairporttrain.com
Alternatively, please use the train S7 (to Floridsdorf). Change at ‚Praterstern’ to U2 metro line and stop at ‚Rathaus’ (city hall). The stop is only 2 minutes walking distance to the hotel. Fares start from € 4.40.
How do I commute from "Hauptbahnhof"?
Take the U1 metro line (to Leopoldau) and change at ‘Karlsplatz’ to U2 metro line (to Aspernstraße / Seestadt). Stop at Rathaus (city hall) and take a short 2 minute walk to the hotel. Single rates start at €2.20.
Do you provide parking space?
You can park your car in in our in-house car garage. The cost per night is € 22.- per night. Please be aware that it is not possible to reserve a car park slot as we allocate on a first come first serve basis. In case we are fully booked, we will assist with alternative parking options close by the hotel. On weekends and public holidays parking on the streets of Vienna is free of charge. However, please consider any marked parking restrictions that may apply at all times.
When do you serve breakfast?
For those of you enjoying a little more sleep we offer extended breakfast hours from 7am to 12pm. Choose from over 120 delicious options like our freshly made Viennese cakes and pastries. Furthermore, enjoy your breakfast in our cosy courtyard on sunny days.
Dou you allow pets?
You are more than welcome to bring your pet with you. The fee per night is € 15.-
Do you provide printing facilties for documents and boarding passes?

Do you offer wheel-chair accessible rooms?
All of our rooms (except for our banquet rooms) are wheel-chair accessible. In addition, we also offer a number of wheelchair friendly rooms with dedicated individual showers. Please enquire about our availability when making a booking.
How far is the city centre?
Our hotel is the perfect retreat for your stay yet only requires a short five to ten minute walk to Vienna’s hot spots like Rathausplatz (City Hall Square), Museumsquartier, the Inner district or Mariahilferstraße – no matter the direction it pays off exploring Vienna by walk.
Do you offer any hotel dinner options?
Our hotel bar offers small snacks throughout the evening. Should you prefer to dine at one of many local restaurants please enquire with our front of house team. From classic Viennese cuisine or some of Vienna’s famous coffee houses to some of the hottest new openings we would be delighted to arrange a reservation for you.
